Player injured

A FOOTBALLER was badly injured in a match against Hambleden FC on Sunday.

The referee stopped play after 20 minutes while the player from the visiting team, FC Riverside First, was treated by paramedics.

Two ambulances arrived at the Dene and the match was delayed for more than an hour. The visitors won 3-1.
