NUTRITIOUSWORKS has become one of Henley’s fasting growing mobile fitness clubs and they are now offering £40 per month unlimited class membership.

In October the doors are open to anyone who has never taken part in any NutritiousWorks activities to come and try membership for one month free of charge.

Classes available include: Zumba; Insanity; body blitz; core sculpting; hatha yoga; pilates; running club; legs, bums and tums; P90x; walking clubs; tap; ballet; jazz; Veraflow; week-long bootcamps; Zumba Gold; worldwide online programmes; overseas retreats and more.

NutritiousWorks understands that everybody is different and works very closely (and sensitively) with all of their clients to understand their needs and help them to build suitable lifestyle changes into their busy lives.

Founder and owner Emma-Jane Taylor presents The Well-Being Show on That’s Oxford TV on Friday evenings, Freeview channel seven, and writes the Fit to Go column for the Henley Standard.

She spreads the word on good health wherever she goes and is proud to announce OceanWorks Retreats — overseas fitness/wellbeing/soul-nourishing programmes to bring you back in line with your body, mind and soul.
