A HENLEY-based tour operator is hosting an “evening of discovery” at the town hall next week aimed at introducing people to the delights of South America.

Mark Rolfe of Latin Odyssey in Hart Street promises to share his insider travel secrets, including how best to see the continent’s spectacular sights such as Macchu Picchu, Iguazu Falls and Patagonia — and “how to truly get under a country’s skin”.

Accompanying the talk there will be a display of stunning photography by Helen Maynard of Henley Photo School.

Refreshments will take the form of fine South American wines courtesy of Hart Street restaurant Cau. The “South America Evening” takes place on Wednesday (September 21) in the council chambers at the town hall in Market Place.

Admission is free but places are strictly limited to 60. To reserve a place, email info@latinodyssey.com
