Man left with ‘serious injuries’ after an assault outside Datchet pub

A man in his twenties was left with ‘serious injuries’, following an assault outside The Royal Stag in Datchet, Thames Valley Police (TVP) has said.

At around 9pm on Friday September 5, officers were outside The Royal Stag on London Road, after receiving reports of an assault taking place.

One victim, a man in his twenties was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The investigation is on-going, the force said.

A TVP spokesperson added: “If anyone has any information or witnessed the incident, please contact 101 or make a report online, quoting reference number 43250456122.”
