Mummy tummy love: get confidence in your core

AS mums, let’s face it — we put ourselves last on the priority list.

We don’t mean to, but there’s so much to keep on top of that some days we barely have time to shower let alone take care of our own health.

Having children puts your body through huge stresses and major change, but anything that doesn’t feel quite right we often put up with — maybe for years — while we take care of everyone else.

Perhaps this January you have decided to look after yourself more?

I can help you improve the sensation, pain, tightness and appearance of your C-section or hysterectomy scar, heal a postnatal abdominal separation and improve pelvic floor-related symptoms such as leaking, prolapse and pain.

All of these issues are very often interconnected; your diaphragm, tummy muscles and pelvic floor all work together in synchronisation as you move and breathe.

I combine hands on manual therapy with exercises, breathwork, stretching and more to give your body the chance it needs to restore balance and strength.

As a special offer, all bookings made during and January and February will receive £5 off.
