Proven techniques to identify and target issues

AS an award-winning cognitive hypnotherapist with more than a decade of experience, Fiona Nicolson uses a range of proven therapeutic techniques to clearly identify and target the root causes of clients’ issues.

Her work ranges from helping clients navigating anxiety and low self-esteem to those stuck in a cycle of trauma-related symptoms and PTSD. She understands the unrelenting nature of these problems and how debilitating they can be in day-to-day life. While Fiona works with clients dealing with all kinds of trauma, she is also highly experienced working in the sensitive area of sexual trauma. She has supported victims through police investigations into sexual assault charges and the subsequent court process for trial.

As well as cognitive hypnotherapy, Fiona uses proven therapeutic techniques including Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Eye Movement Integration (EMI/IEMT), Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping) and TimeLine Therapy. Fiona has published numerous works exploring anxiety and trauma and featured frequently on BBC Radio. Fiona has written for The Hypnotherapy Journal, one of the most respected hypnotherapy publications in the UK. Fiona offers a free 15-minute confidential telephone chat to answer any questions.
