Planning
The Pinewood Group, owners of Heatherden Hall in Pinewood Studios, has applied to convert a female WC into a new kitchenette on the first floor, and to refurbish a male WC and accessible WC, both on the ground floor.
The application also seeks to remount a timber door leaf at the ground floor hall, proposes overhead signage and alterations to floor finishes at the ground floor and hall staircase of the Grade II-listed former manor house, located south of the Pinewood Studios site in Iver.
Stoke Park Limited is seeking retrospective planning permission for a temporary kitchen garden with a timber trellis and planted screening for growing produce for three years at East Drive in Stoke Park.
The development enables the growing and harvesting of fruit and vegetables to support the operation of Stoke Park as ‘a unique hotel and leisure venue,’ says the applicant.
The application site is an area of open grassland in a small portion of the unused golf course fairway in the Stoke Park estate and is a ‘time-limited’ development.
The small-scale greenhouses will facilitate the growing and harvesting of fruit and vegetables for the personal consumption of occupiers and visitors.
