Man fined

A MAN has been ordered to pay more than £2,300 for abandoning a damaged car in Goring Heath.

Matthew Butlin, from Cholsey, was found guilty at Oxford Magistrates’ Court on October 3, after failing to respond to repeated notices to remove and dispose of the vehicle.

Butlin left the red Volkswagen Polo on the B4526, which was reported to South Oxfordshire District Council.
