More coffee

09:30AM, Monday 23 December 2024

A NEW sandwich and coffee shop opened in Henley on Monday.

Pret a Manger has taken over the former Planet Organic store in Market Place, which closed in April last year.

It is managed by Dallas Holdings, one of Pret’s franchise partners and includes seating for 58 customers.

The shop has created nine new jobs which is expected to increase in the future.

At the end of each day, surplus food will be donated to a charity partner through the Pret Foundation, which is dedicated to tackling homelessness, poverty and hunger.
