A LEAK coming from a manhole in Tilebarn Close, Henley, is being investigated.

It was first reported to Thames Water on Sunday, July 6 when a resident saw water trickling from a manhole near flats in Deanfield Road.

Sylwia Wajszczyk, 39, who has lived there for three and a half years, said that the property experiences the same issue almost every year.

She said last year it took almost a month before Thames Water was able to send contractors to investigate the leak.

A spokeswoman for Thames Water said it suspects the leak to be coming from private pipework and is being investigated by its customer side leakage team for confirmation.
