THE Friends of St Leonard’s Church in Watlington are to hold a cake sale to raise money for this year’s Christmas tree festival.

It will be held outside the town hall from 9am to noon next Saturday (October 15).

The festival, which has a theme of “Let There be Music”, will begin on December 10 with a grand opening by Father Christmas and willrun until December 21 from 2pm to 5pm daily.
