Arsonist fined

A WOMAN from Benson has pleaded guilty to one count of arson in Benson on August 1.

Mengxiing She, 41, of Maple Furlong, was ordered by Oxford Magistrates’ Court to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

She was also ordered to complete six months of mental health treatment and comply with the orders of the responsible officer to attend appointments for a maximum of 30 days.

She must also complete 150 hours of unpaid work within 12 months.
