HENLEY Sales and Charter has been known for many years as the go-to company for electric boats.

Most people associate the company with vintage boats but many of these are electric, such as the fabulous Hero which was built in the 1890s when electric boating was at its peak.

This year HSC has completed three slipper launch conversions, replacing unreliable petrol engines with the latest technology. HSC also has a range of contemporary boats for hire and sale and the latest range features three new electric launches including The Mallard, built to order in the UK and The Fantail, from the Canadian Electric Launch Company.

There is also a range of low-maintenance electric boats from French company Ruban Blue. Self-drive electric boats are available from the Swan at Streatley.

For more information, visit HSC at Beale Park Boat Show from June 3 to 5, visit Boatique, 5 Friday Street, or call (01491) 578870.
