AFTER time off to have her twins, Binni Collings is happy to say she is returning to teaching Iyengar yoga at the Yoga Central Plus fully-equipped studio.

Based at 1-3 Greys Road, Henley, on Thursday from 9.45am to 11.15am, it is £12 per class to take part and will begin on October 6.

These sessions will run alongside a new class at the YMCA Pavilion, 2 Lawson Road, on Fridays from 1pm to 2pm. It is £8.50 to take part per class and these begin on October 7.

Iyengar yoga focuses on posture and alignment. Every class is different, working through a range of postures and finishing with a relaxation. Props may be used to help achieve greater understanding or to assist with stiffness or restrictions.

Binni is a fully-trained Iyengar Yoga Association (UK) teacher and has been teaching since 2008. Both classes are general level but also suitable for beginners, although participants will need to bring a yoga mat to the Lawson Road sessions.
