PEPPARD Parish Council has adopted a hedge trimming policy.

It follows a complaint about an overgrown hedge in Shiplake Bottom which left insufficient space for more than one person to walk on the pavement.

Residents with hedges that block pavements will be sent letters asking them to cut them back.
