Cases rise

THE number of coronavirus cases in South Oxfordshire has risen after two consecutive weeks of falls. 

The total for last week was 58 compared with 45 in the previous seven days, an increase of 28.9 per cent.  

The infection rate rose from 30.6 per 100,000 of the population to 40.3.

Cases in Henley were less than 7. Other areas were as follows: Nettlebed and Watlington 4; Benson and Crowmarsh Gifford, Shiplake and Binfield Heath and Sonning Common and Kidmore End all less than 3.
