SHOW of Hands star Phil Beer is playing a special solo show at Nettlebed Village Club on Monday night.
Although originally from Devon, the 8pm concert is something of a home fixture for the acclaimed multi-instrumentalist, who is the patron of the Nettlebed Folk Song Club based at the High Street venue.
Phil, 62, has played music all his life and been a professional musician since 1975, during which time he has played in too many bands and line-ups to list fully and lost count of the number of record projects he has been involved in. In recent years he has been in demand as a record producer and studio musician, and he continues to tour with Show of Hands bandmate Steve Knightley.
Tickets are priced £13.50 in advance. To book, call 01628 636620 or visit the website www.nettlebedfolkclub.co.uk
