Windsor figures have decried the condition of one of its better-value car parks – saying its ‘filthy’ condition and increased ‘anti-social behaviour’ is off-putting for visitors and must be fixed.
Drew Doolan, an apprentice mechanic, was killed after the car he was driving overshot a road junction and crashed into a tree in rural South Buckinghamshire at night in March.
