Cases rise

THE number of coronavirus cases in South Oxfordshire has risen after three consecutive weeks of falls. 

The total for last week was 54 compared with 35 in the previous seven days, an increase of 54.3 per cent.  

The infection rate rose from 24.3 per 100,000 of the population to 37.6. 

Cases in Henley were less than 7. Other areas were as follows: Nettlebed and Watlington 20; Benson and Crowmarsh Gifford, Shiplake and Binfield Heath, and Sonning Common and Kidmore End all less than 3.
