NEW Spitfire Homes development Rotherfield Garth, which Standard Property reported on a few weeks ago, is now open for business.

Located on the edge of Henley, at the end of Harpsden Road where it becomes Harpsden Way, the three, five-bedroom houses are expected to start in the region of £2,895,000, and should be ready within the next two months.

In the meantime, the show home is now open (by appointment with agent Knight Frank on (01491) 844900).

There&rsquos to be a huge fanfare to mark the occasion this weekend (June 4 and 5), so prospective high-end downsizers and families should be prepared to be blown away.

Each Arts & Crafts-inspired property has spacious accommodation and a unique interior with an emphasis on elegance and modern-contemporary.

Each house is set back from the road, with a sweeping drive to the front and a generous garden to the rear.
